Girl speaks out against size-ism

I'm not bothered if she is 'bigger' or whatever, horses for courses, everyone likes something different. My only concern is that if someone is struggling with their weight aged 18, what on earth are they going to be like in their 30's or 40's? Health problems?
I've had a bit of a paunch and a 30/32" waist since age 13 or 14 (I'm 20 now), so I'm hardly Brad Pitt. However, I cycle every day and eat a sensible balanced diet yet it still wont go away. Ergo I conclude that some of it is genetic/metabolism related and not related to lifestyle - which may well be the case for this poor girl. For the record, I would poke her as I like a bit of padding instead of a sack of skin and bones

She is very pretty and she's hardly huge. In short, I would.
Totally agree. She's cute and I would too.I do wonder though, I sense the mental/attention we is strong on this one. You got the piss taken out of you. We all do, shut up about it and carry on with your life like 99.9% of us do.

This picture is for the strange man at my nanny’s church who told me my belly was too big when I was five.
This picture is for my horseback riding trainer telling me I was too fat when I was nine.
This picture is for the girl from summer camp who told me I’d be really pretty if I just lost a few pounds

I'm sure she is a simply fabulous person.
Her friends love her.
She is strong.
Independent.
Happy in her skin.
These things are great.
But, she is not of a healthy weight. Without indulging in some kind of body fascism it is bloody obvious that that is not going to be what a medical professional would advise.

She's a big fat tubba. If she's happy being overweight then fine, I've no problem with it.
She's carrying pounds, no doubt, but just about the right side of blubber (looking ok facially helps as well). Skin marks of some description do not.Anyhow, are you sub 10% BF? If you are, genetic luck or sweat & denial?
unsure what 'extreme measures' she claims to have taken, presumably not healthy eating and exercise, but obviously not worked out
she's chosen to be unhealthy and is upset that people have pointed it out, claims not to care but plainly does
sure skinny can be unhealthy but any media obsession with that or whatever could easily be brushed off if she were healthy, but she isn't
akin only to 'I smoke / am an alcoholic / drug addict.....it's who i am......deal with it' sure it's her life and body but let's not pretend she deserves any credit for spouting

Try cutting out all wheat / gluten from your diet and all dairy products
(eggs are not dairy)
