The birthers won't be happy until they find an actual video of baby Obama exiting the womb, with prominent Hawaiian landmarks visible in the background.

rofl

And even then they won't believe until they touch their fingers to the holes in Obama's hands and place their hands in his side.

1. Download the Whitehouse PDF (link I provided earlier)

2. Load it into Adobe Illustrator

3. Mouse over it, etc (or Window->Actions->Links)

Personally, I'm not a birther and believe that most birthers are the same tinfoil hat wearing types as truthers. However, which ever ham-fisted operative posted this PDF in the current state that it is in needs to be fired.

I am much more concerned about Obama's ability than his eligibility. So far, he hasn't shown me much.

I still prefer the British name - so much more civilised.
Well me too, but Bongo Bongo Land just doesn't fly in these PC times. . . . . . .

For years there have been rumours that Obama wasn't actually born in America, and thus was ineligible to be President. He didn't help matters by not proving one way or t'other. Now he has. Wonder what he's trying to distract the Yanks from?
Why should he have to prove it? I should guess that there was some form of requirement and evidence of US Citizenship to get the job of President in the first place..........

It differs by State. Each State has laws regarding how candidates qualify to appear on a ballot.

I'm no illustrator expert, but it seems to me that someone has managed to take a legitimate document and make it look like a half-arsed fake. How spectacularly inept.

You have just described Barry's entire administration.

So the yanks don't like the thought of having a non-American president, but are happy for Arnie to govern California?

I know it's not quite the same thing, but it does make you wonder whether it's racially motivated.

I understand it's an official reprint, which is why it looks like it's not the original (it isn't). The reprint was verified as genuine.

I don't really care mind

Did he somehow change race since being elected then?

I thought at one stage there was a reasonably well-orchestrated plan to have the born-in-the-USA requirement lifted, effectively to allow Arnie to run for President? What became of that?

I don't care where he's from, I'm just surprised the ever-intelligent Americans haven't shot him yet. I mean really? Almost three years and you haven't tried to assassinate him because he isn't white trash?

Rumour only. Arnie also didn't really do a stellar job in Cali. He should have stood up to his legislature more...

...and regarding the racial thing - there is none. Whether anyone wants to believe it or not, the country has (for the most part) moved on.

Obama is simply the most underqualified man to ever hold that post (and considering Carter held the post, that is saying a LOT). His lack of qualifications show on almost a daily basis.
