Actually GF you're somewhat wrong there.

During the current Syrian conflict not only has Israeli doctors & nurses been treating Syrian soldier, from both side of the conflict in Jordanian hospitals in Amman but they have also treated both soldier & civilians inside Israel with the help of the UN forces.

...but of course the BBC would not tell us that now would it?

We can't have aunty offering an unbiased news service now can we.

Ooops.

http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2014/07/hamas...

"When the bodies of three Israeli teenagers, kidnapped in the West Bank, were found late last month, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu did not mince words. "Hamas is responsible, and Hamas will pay," he said, initiating a campaign that eventually escalated into the present conflict in the region.

But now, officials admit the kidnappings were not Hamas's handiwork after all."

I am not saying that being more human and hugging the other side is a bad idea, I am saying it will never happen in a war. That is reality, what you are saying is some whacky hippie crap with not one atom in reality.

Oh and I know the reasons for WW2 and it wasn't because we "negotiated" a peace.

Hmmm yes the BBC must of missed the bit where Israel and Syria declared war on each other? Please do red the original statements before jumping in.

What I said was when, in a time of war, you are being shot at and bombed, you don't think about the feelings of the other side. Others have said that Israel should consider how Hamas are feeling and stop the bombs.

Yes, but it's all Israel's fault, they are to blame...

You do realise Iran is controlled by a bunch of Mullahs some of who would happily launch global jihad and forcible conversion of all “kaffiers” to the true belief.

Controlled is an exaggeration - it's a democracy with an elected government. Then it has the Guardian Council to ensure that 'democracy' runs within carefully defined limits . . . rather like the European Court of Human Rights. Sort of . . . .

There's a lot of scope for better relations with Iran.

So just as many people are waking up to Israel killing 1,000 or so Gaza residents and not really having any Western governments blink versus the Russians assisting in the murder of 300 or so airline passengers and everybody in the world screaming at them and firing up the sanction bots... the idiots in Hamas end a ceasefire and start firing more rockets into Israel.

How can any organisation be so monumentally stupid as to entirely throw away what little shaky moral high ground they'd managed to scrape together?

Your demonstrate bugger all knowledge of Iran. Please, refrain from writing any more about Iran on this thread as you'll surely embarrass yourself more.

I'd suggest he has more of a clue than MrrT

I'm not going to Google it, because it would ruin the instant mental image I had of a talented Australian satirist finally moving on from taking the piss out of Richie Benaud, Bill Lawry and Tony Greig and branching out into doing the same to the Iranian leadership.

"Hello and welcome to yet another maximum capacity turn out for the Qod's Day meeting here at the Teheran Rally Ground, and what a stinking fking hot day it is to be sure. First out to rant for the Administration will be the veteran pair of Imamad Dinnerjacket and Whata Fackinburqua, and I can tell you we're looking forward to some first class rantsmanship this morning."

A Mr Snap response lets get out the check list.

Length – Huge

False flag arguments - Yes -I even summarised the posts for him but he still says something else was being said.

Inconsistency – Yes -So far he has read Mark Steyn, not read him, and now he read him again.

Insults – Yes lots.

Claims of victory – Yes lots.

Any mention of changing my post to suit his own arguments – Zero.

A true keyboard warrior.
Sorry if you find long sentences confusing, so I'll be quick.

Lots of assertions. Not one single jot of evidence to back them up. Again.

I haven't won because you haven't taken part.

If I'm a keyboard warrior, you're a keyboard passive aggressive.

If you're correct, marshall the arguments and prove me wrong. Prove that you're capable of doing it on one single point.

Otherwise, continue to make an arse of yourself…

I see you're now making a fool of yourself re Iran now. I suggest you try to prove to them that Iran is somehow unstable and therefore liable to use nuclear weapons (you'll need some luck with that). Evidence, rather than your unfounded opinions, will again be required. Marshall facts and make a cogent rebuttal. Most important, stop telling people you're right and failing to back it up - it makes them think you're an opinionated fool.

Now go get them, Tiger! I've told you how to do it but you'll really have to do the rest yourself...

You really know fk all about this.

Iraq invaded Iran, with extensive financial support from its Sunni neighbours and extensive material support from the West. Even when Saddam was using chemical weapons on Iranian soldiers.

Perhaps you should stick to posting maps of Narnia.
