This just posted on the BBC website:

Caroline Lucas, the Green Party's only MP, told the launch event earlier the party has ruled out entering a coalition in the event of a hung parliament in May but was "open to" supporting a Labour minority government. "The experience of the Lib Dems over the past few years demonstrates the dangers of losing your identity and integrity," she said. "We would be open to supporting a minority Labour government on a case-by-case basis. Working with parties like the SNP and Plaid Cymru... we would form a progressive alliance which would put real pressure on a minority government."

Be afraid. Be very afraid. That is one unholy alliance of nutjob hand-in-your-pocket spendthrifts.
Greens, SNP, Cymru.... wow. They should probably change UK to UCF for "United Cluster-fk" if that happens.

It'd be 500,000 tents in a muddy field and they'd still cost £60k each.

What's the betting there will still be some on here who'll vote Green despite that clueless interview. Probably turning up on a few other threads here talking about others and their costed manifesto. Out yourself , Green lovers.
Just on radio 4

The vast majority of Green voters don't care that the greens are useless and have no workable policies

They vote green to send a message

I'd sell them the tents.

I would then take my £30bn and run as far away from the impending disaster as my legs could carry me.

Their vision of the future is utterly horrifying.

No problem.

I hear on the grapevine that Poundland will be importing a large batch of lentil burners in time for next winter.

We are saved.

Staggering admission wasn't it.

Never mind that the Green Manifesto has less consistency than the contents of my compost bin.

"Vote Green, we stand for things, yeah!"

Car crash doesn't even begin to describe that interview!
I loved the way she started to blame her 'huge cold' and then put on some fake coughing. laugh
Just listening to it now, she needs a rather large hole to swallow her up. I don't think I've ever heard such a terrible interview.

Sky are running it regularly and sticking the knife in.

Amazing people like this are allowed public office.

Scary stuff.

Let's not even mention the actual policy she buggered up!

Unbelievable interview. I would have felt sorry for her if it wasn't for the fact that she's asking for our vote to run the country.

Let's not even mention the actual policy she buggered up!

Laughing so much, I have no idea how I managed to keep my van in a straight line listening to the interview this morning.

Nick Ferrari really takes no prisoners at times, loved his comment and the utter contempt he showed to the silly cretin when she started the coughing lark....classic. hehe

Yes, I hear they've screwed Germany up as well.

A German green was on the radio last week. Wind and solar are all they need. Idiocy rules.
