Kieran Stapleton... Not so smug now I bet

Here's what will really happen him in jail...
He's quickly establishing himself as a man not to fk with. He'll do a lot of time in various segregation units as he gets ghosted from establishment to establishment. Some prisons will try him in mainstream for a while before he fks someone up, almost certainly killing again, adding to his legend every time. His reputation will follow him and he'll become feared and respected amongst the prisoners.
In time, he won't have to be the psycho any more, he'll have built enough of a legend to allow him to run a pretty lucrative business inside selling drugs and mobiles.

Would be better if before he gets to the end of day 1 some sticks a makeshift blade in between his ribs and he bleeds out on the floor of his cell gasping to breathe.
Not that I would wish that on the digusting waste of oxygen.
I heard on the news that the students parents had remortgaged their house in India to finance their sons education in England. They showed the upmost dignity throughout their ordeal over here.
Perhaps some of us could contribute to a fund towards paying off their mortgage. It wont bring their son back but it would show them that the majority of English people are behind them in their grief.
Paying off their mortage would go a small way towards helping them.
I would be one of the first to donate to it.

I presume he'll be going to Franklin, Durham?
Hard place to live for 30 years, he may well be killed inside.
RIP the victim and condolences for the family. no punishment, Capital or otherwise is suitable unfortunately. May he burn in hell.

This exactly. He will get the attention and status that he craves and couldn't obtain outside. He and prison were made for each other. It is just sad that someone had to lose their life for him to achieve his aim. He's quickly establishing himself as a man not to fk with. I'd say there are cases where solitary would be the best bet. Putting scum like this into prisons with other offenders that (one hopes) might be 'corrected' and reintroduced to society as ordinary citizens seems hopefull at best.

And this is where he is most likely to get his just deserts.Second quickest way to get the others attention is to take out a known hard man. There is always someone fitter/richer/tougher/better connected/brighter than you.

Sentencing the pair for the "ghastly and gruesome" killing, judge Mr Justice Openshaw said: "I can't envisage circumstances in which either of them will ever be released.
"They will face the fact that they may well end their lives in prison."
So why pay for their upkeep? Just remove them from the prison pool and free up some much needed space!"They will face the fact that they may well end their lives in prison."
