Why do we waste time and resource on these scummers....? Why are they not just arrested then mysteriously "escape from justice, please keep a look out, even put them on crimewatch, whilst really, they've been buried in the foundations of the new police HQ for a week.

I actually know the boy involved in this , and I now can see how information gets corupted before it gets to our ears by internet chit chat
What happens is mate of mine is standing in que to buy cigarettes
Cracked woman goes at the front of the que to buy rizla
Loads of people are pissed about this
My mate says to her what you doin ? and asks to get at the back of the que
Woman starts having a fit and tries to attack friend
Friend is not having that and pushes her on the floor , at which time she says wait her and see what happens
Crackhead woman goes down the escalators to get "someone"
Crackhead woman comes back with crackhead boyfriend fuming and she points at a guy in front of the que which was someone else at this time
crackhead punches man, man feels back and hurts his head
This is exactly how it happened

Both of those sentences are a disgrace. It saddens me.
Why were the charges downgraded from murder to manslaughter? It seems pretty clear that the man tried to land a hefty blow to Mr Tripp. Does it matter that the actual death occured from the victim hitting his head on the floor? The fact is that he hit his head as a DIRECT result of the slap from the charged.
