I think I might print off a load of fake £20 motes and throw them in their faces...
A mate and his colleagues at UBS photocopied £50 notes at the first reclaim the streets and threw them at the rioters below hehe
Genius!
I'm fairy certain in more financially rosey times city traders have been known to lob real money at them,

hopefully pound coins! wink
Someone handed a ral £50 note and said: "get yourself a wash"

Have been advised that the 2nd and 3rd of April will be very interesting days in the City of London.

Guess i will drop the monicle and top hat for work then!
Yeah I might come in slack order for those days.

I must admit reading that article that cottonfoo put up has erked me somewhat, I think I will stick to my original idea (although it seems to have been done before) of photocopying £20 notes and throwing them at them!

Flashman you can drive past them with me in the passenger seat while I lob bundles of notes at them.

Notatall - Capitalism IS evil afterall... I mean, all those evil flash cars and evil nice houses all contribute to MMGW, which is killing puppies and kittens on a daily basis curse

Also, I love the £20 notes idea hehe

I wouldn't worry, these things are usually pretty well policed. The worst thing that happens is someone lobs a brick through the window of MacDonalds...
At which point said brick tosser should be made to scrape gum off of the sidewalks until he pays for the window....show him what capitalism is all about.

My boss has just told me that there are going to be protests against capatilism .....
I'm a little worried that our original poster, a broker (ostensibly in the City of London?), cannot spell capitalism either in the heading or the post.

To be honest these people have cost us very little money over the years whereas some of the bankers have cost us an awful lot of money. So who should be castigated more?

I'd rather have 1000 of them protesting 3 days a year then a load of people commenting on this thread who have screwed my finances for the next 20 years by blowing it all by doing their jobs very badly indeed.

Stop posting silly remarks and start working hard in an honourable way and earn our respect again you dipsts.

Cheers

In a word greed. No problem with that have you?

Does their sponging effect your lifestyle? Has the greed of the bankers affected your lifestyle in the last year? Has a sponger ever cut 50 000 jobs in the British car industry ?

So who is more worthy of your disparagement?

Andy

yes you probably should be hehe

edited to add: I am not a broker for my MENSA membership credentials but because I am good on the phone and have a talent for making money with shares, neither of which requires lots of brain power, although you do have to absorb lots of information quickly which I can do.

Do you really believe it was the bankers that have created all the problems with the economy? That is a little bit delusional of you.

Oh, what a surprise, another little troll with no car in his profile. Come down to Bishopsgate my friend and we'll see how big you are then.

You put your money there! It seems you didn't invested in some diligence and put your money in the wrong place. I doubt you would be moaning if your investments had made lots of money rather than lost.

To be fair, i don't think Gordon Brown or his chums in the FSA comment on this thread, but you're completely right to be angry with them.
