Hey, Andy....tell us about...
It's difficult to know where to start. Perhaps it would be wise to consult my legal people first?
Bugger that, spill the beans.......hehe
Hmmm... anyone going to Dirty Dicks on thursday? I don't mind repeating it but I'm buggered if I'm typing it!

I wonder if this burglary coincided with a London footballer being away on a European trip scratchchin

And the fact that the singer is such a household girl next door that any pics of her indulging in wanton sluttishness would be extremely damaging to her career...

"would you be interesting in buying your property for £20k? No? Ok then" would not be blackmail. I think that there has to be some implied threat of action if you were not to concede to the sellers wishes, for it to be blackmail.
You are offering stolen goods back to the rightful owner for a sum of money - how can it not be blackmail?

Even if you denied all knowledge, a QC worth his oats would have you banged to rights within 3 questions. Frankly, I would think the prosecution team would be running a book if you did something as daft as try that defense.
What would those 3 questions be?

1) Did you blackmail her?

2) Oh, are you sure?

3)Did you not, not blackmail her?

Well, it's on her own laptop. Pop star in "person has sex shocker". Unless she's into illegal activities (eg sucking off a dog) or slightly more unusual activities (glass tables spring to mind) then why worry? The embarrassing bit is actually having photographic evidence of the activity that everyone does.

Cheryl Cole?
Not exactly international and she lives in Surrey, although this could be another red herring imposed by the court order.

Tenuous at best

1. If you're not blackmailing her and yet you knew they were stolen, why did you offer to sell the pictures back to her if you weren't blackmailing her of course?

I reckon I have this law thing sown up hehe

Why don't we just make a list of plausibles and then we can all just pick which one we'd prefer it to be?

Pretty sure Kiera Knightly lives in London, or if you're slightly wet, Gwynneth Paltrow, or gunning for your grey wings, Madonna?

I do hope it isn't yet more publicity for that Cheryl Bint. Gwefani seems more likely; I wonder what she could have been up to that would not have just been more publicity?

As for the Kylie suggestion - laughable. She could be filmed buggering Rupert the Bear with a strap on and we'd still love her.

"I didn't, she's lying. She's a lying duplicious cow, who can't be trusted. She's even lied to her own public about her wholesome image whereas in reality she is a depraved slut, as I can prove with these pictures on this here laptop....."
