I think the idea behind getting him in the race is he'll make Burnham look moderate. Has there ever been less calibre at the top of a major political party?http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/labour/11...
If he hadn't gone back to New Zealand, Bryan Gould would have made a presentable leader. Probably too old now though - d.o.b. 1939

With Diane Abbott as a backer, who needs enemies!http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/labour/11...
I think even Corbyn accepts he has no chance and this is merely an act to show Labour can still try and appeal as being left leaning and campaign on the faux austerity ticket, while all the time the rest abandon and convictions and try and work out how Conservative-like they have to be to win.

It's shocking that these are the best the party they can come up with. I am of the view that both of these are even more unelectable than Minigland.I actually reckon they'll parachute David Miliband in to lead in the run up to the next general election.

So not much point in voting for them if they're fake Tories. They're scuppered for good methinks. hornetrider said:

How David Miliband sees himself:I actually reckon they'll parachute David Miliband in to lead in the run up to the next general election.
