I thought there were rules on using fuel for road transport in the UK for which duty had not been paid? This was what made using waste veg oil as diesel illegal up until recently (when they relaxed the rules on that particular source.)

If the world leaders believed the CO2 propaganda, the G20 would have met in a tele-conference, not in person. Obviously since actions speak louder than words, I'm happy they've shipped the entourage over - it nicely states what the real priorities are.

I doubt very much that it was shipped over, more than likely it was flown over in a military transport.

Meanwhile we get this:

Climate change raises profound questions of justice and equity: between generations, between the developing and developed worlds; between rich and poor within each country. The challenge is to find an equitable distribution of responsibilities and rights.
Quite possibly he believes it, if he thinks others outside his small circle of delusional taxgrabbers do likewise, he's too many briefs short of a portfolio.
