Well that was boring.

Tune in next week, it's December so it's panto time. And BBC wheel out the Brand, well none of the other party leaders have managed to knock the Farage bandwagon off course. So far.
You got that right - it's been an excellent performance of The Wizard of Oz. The wicked witch in the audience and the fking scarecrow on the panel have been extremely well cast.

Indeed and there's people on Twitter having a pop at him because they think they heard him say he will privatise it and make profits for private business. I guess some people just don't have a brain between their ears.

The country is not overcrowded evidenced by the fact no new houses or schools need building.

Maybe they listened to what he said (for a change)

Some parts absolutely are, but I suppose that opinion may depend upon your definition of overcrowding. And where in the UK you reside.
And it's a vicious circle. An effectively infinite supply of minimum wage workers means that there's no incentive to move business and industry to less densely populated areas. If that supply was choked off, employers would have a choice of either raising wages to attract workers, or moving to economically depressed areas to find workers. Either of those would be great for our economy.

Only the journalist and Farage made any sensible contribution to the show tonight.

On the contrary Tonks, I think the audience has listened with the most respect to Cavendish. Her points have been apolitical, well argued and well received. As anybody who reads The Times knows CC is a serious piece of work.

After that kicking I wonder if Brand would accept another invite to QT, barely said a word in the second half (thankfully)

It's like PMQs for the plebs; utterly pointless and faintly irritating.
just like PMQs then
So as the above sums up my feelings I've been out on my usual QT time activity of taking the puppy out for his late evening perambulations and poop.

Considering that he has probably produced more worthy stuff from his rear end than Brand manages to spout in a month of Sundays is it actually worth a watch for a giggle?

That really showed Brand to be the tt that he is, sniping Farage at every opportunity. That will do Farage and UKIP wonders.

Brand really is completely mad!
Not mad, just a functionally illiterate and inarticulate whiney fkwit.
How remiss of me, I forgot talentless.
But somehow he has managed to bed a string of stunning ladies and married to Katie Perry until she told him to get lost.

He is an utter tool and was properly put in his box - appeared to piss him off quite a bit too.

Well I'd have got very short odds at the bookies on that.

Truly dreadful. The journalist and Farage came over as the realists and, judging from the trailer afterwards, the one thing he is most certainly not (Brand), pragmatic. Brand, even Creagh, populist bullst, pandering to their home team. Mordant a bit empty..

Brand outclassed, I think he's only vaguely convincing when there's only himself talking. Farage didn't need to try, the audience did his job for him. Tory woman forgettable, labour woman deluded, journalist intelligent and wasted.

Man of the match was in fact a woman, the audience member who put the mad purple-haired thing in her place.

I actually think Brand was a little flabbergasted that he got humbugged. He was expecting to be the star of the show, for it to be him v Farage and the audience to be with him. That some bint journalist would steal his thunder wasn't in the plan and unlike Farage he *hadnt* done his homework on Thannet and the Kentish constituencies. Some of us know Kent very well and know Farage has picked the area for a reason.

Brand walked into an ambush tonight. The moment the disabled guy said "stand then" and Brand answered "I can't, because Im scared Ill become one of them" he was sunk and he knew it.

Very impressive performance - engaging layering answers discarding certain points.

If she stood for my constituency I'd vote for her not knowing which party she stands for

He should have turned that "man talking over a woman" comment against her. He so easily could have but he backed down.
