The 11:01 stops first at York at 13:20.
So it took staff an hour to find seats as it was full at 11?? What did they do with the people that were sat in them....throw them out the doors??

if he and his team cant plan a journey well enough in advance to book seats what chance have they got of running the Country
One of his campaign team have just been on the TV claiming that the seats that looked empty were actually full of "luggage and children who are too small to appear on the CCTV" - its like they are taking tips from Donald TrumpComrades! It is not important that there WERE seats available, rather then a glorious leader like St Jeremy of Islington can recognise the oppresive struggle of others and highglight this through selfless self promotion. We should be garteful there just happens to be a camera crew available. Forward together!
Was this a suprise meeting? I fear for the competence of a potential leader who doesnt hire staff able to book train tickets in advance of a planned event.
I fear for the competence of a potential leader who doesnt go back down a train once it has departed to check if the booked seats were all taken.
Cynical hat on - its not as innocent as made out and was a, at best, opportunistic chance to have a punt at one of his goals. At worst they deliberately didnt book a seat to hope for the original outcome.
In reality it looks like Virgin had the perfect number of seats available. An extra train would have been an environmental waste which surely Jeremy would be against?

The beauty of this is now what actually happened really doesn't matter. He's all over the news in an incompetent and negative light again.
It's going to be a heavy coffin the number of nails being hammered into it.
What an utter .

So caught telling lies in order to damage the reputation of a private company and spark support for his political policy of nationalisation.
It's a good thing his job isn't important or he'd probably have to resign it for that.
I'd wager Mr Branson will require a formal apology for smearing his company/brand in utterly false light and compensation for any loss of trade that will have driven. It's a good thing his job isn't important or he'd probably have to resign it for that.
Mr Branson is pretty ruthless so hopefully he doesn't let these muppets make a mockery of his company.
Corbyn this is a new low _ caught hands in the till so to speak, the only option is to come clean. A bit like if you've cheated on the wife and the other girl is up the duff and she wil be telling your Mrs in the morning hard luck you took the chance played fast and loose game over but be a fking man ands how those principles.
Also does new politics now mean outright lies and trying to damage private companies on these lies? I'd love to know as its a remarkable step.
