Bus Strike in London for Olympic Extra Pay

So today there was a bus strike in London because the bus drivers want an Olympics bonus.

Now I don't believe that train drivers, tube drivers or bus drivers should get more money just for doing the job thy are already paid to do.

However TFL and the train companies have agreed to gove tube drivers and train drivers a bonus for working so on that basis why shouldnt the bus drivers get a bonus? What am I missing?
