I saw a picture on facebook, many people crying about it. Don't see what al the fuss is about...its not much worse than those who do their make-up, read the paper/book and text.

On a slightly different note, I passed a van today, which had an iPad suckered to the windscreen. Normal sat-navs are bad enough let alone something that obscures that much of the viewing area.

'The Ford Fiesta driver – who is in his mid-20s – was racing along the M8 motorway near Glasgow, resting his iPad on the steering wheel as he played the Real Racing app.'

The van the photo was taken from must have been racing too. smile

No you're right, It's not much worse. They are all the actions of mindless fools, who should be kept off the roads

iPad's or not, a high percentage of mindless fools exist and shouldn't be on the roads anyway.

For the first 3 driving lessons it should be compulsory to push a trolley around a packed Asda for an hour.

I (genuinely) saw a young pretty blond girl driving a lotus elise on my way to work about 3-4 weeks ago. I thought that was pretty cool as she was young and good looking cool

As I went past her (I was on my scooter she was in traffic) I saw she was reading an ipad at the wheel! That's absolutely true. I was surprised because obviously some chick driving a lotus elise you would think is into driving; yet she was reading / whatever an ipad at the wheel. So who knows.

I can see another 40 or 50 pages at least, some seeing what a pillock he was, and those defending him, for which there is no defence, but we shall see.
