Can someone explain to me the snubbing he receives for public meetings?

He was snubbed for last years royal wedding and this week he was snubbed for the Queens celebrations yet Blair was invited.

I didnt realise he was there as in the news they reported Cameron and then mentioned former PM Tony B Liar so I naturally assumed that Gordoom had been snubbed (it seems the press at least did).

I hope neither of them get listed on the honours list
