"It's not against the law to be angry"
Discussion
That went well for him.
Road-rage driver, 60, who went viral screaming foul-mouthed abuse at terrified female motorist he cut up outside a Tesco faces jail after being found guilty of threatening behaviour - despite telling court, 'It's not against the law to be angry'
Looks like he may be facing prison.
What a vile man.

Read the link.
She raged him first when he pulled out in front of her and repeatedly flashed and honked horn at him.
He has reacted and far from terrified she filmed him while laughing at him from the safety of her locked vehicle.
What’s happened here is she’s seen red because he got in front and ended up setting him up as he’s reacted badly.
He’s an idiot for reacting but she’s a sociopath for lying in court to get revenge all because he got in front of her.
Incredible. She raged him first when he pulled out in front of her and repeatedly flashed and honked horn at him.

I figured we might get to page two before someone tried to say it was the womans fault and she had it coming.
Bonus points that he's the one facing jail for his behaviour but in your mind she's a "sociopath" who "ended up setting him up".

That’s why he’s an idiot for reacting like he did.
Fact is she started the whole thing by flashing and honking at him with no need to.
It came down to a female judge believing a woman over a man and now he faces prison time another great day for british justice.
You're making yourself look daft now with the victim blaming.Fact is she started the whole thing by flashing and honking at him with no need to.

How on earth is the woman a "sociopath" and what does how well she's done career wise have to do with anything?
Would you behave the way he did?
You're bound to say "no of course not" despite your grubby defence of this bloke.
So why make excuses for his criminal behaviour?

I’m not blaming anyone.
She started the incident because her ego couldn’t let it go for what a few seconds.
Have this happen daily to me I never react you have to let it go.
She drew first blood.
You've said she's a sociopath. She started the incident because her ego couldn’t let it go for what a few seconds.
Have this happen daily to me I never react you have to let it go.
She drew first blood.
You've said she set him up.
You've commented on her career.
You've suggested the judge being a woman was a factor.
Now you're banging on about "first blood".
If you're not blaming anyone what would you call it?

Whats crazy is the people who go around physically assaulting people causing lasting physical harm - like that case on here the other day of the woman who glassed the bloke in a pub in Manchester for guessing her age wrong - and only got a suspended sentence.
Yet this guy will probably go to prison?
Did I miss something?
Honestly some of the sentencing logic (or apparent lack of) beats me.Yet this guy will probably go to prison?
Did I miss something?
As someone said a few posts back give him 500 hours community service working with womens charities or something that might show him why it's not OK to behave like that.

What’s not on video is her starting the incident and raging him first then her reaction while filming him from the car.
He is wrong to react the way he did but I think there is more to this to simply dismiss his version out of hand is dangerous when only he would see her reaction filming him .
It’s not that difficult to grasp.
It's been through the courts and the judge evidently didn't think there was more to it.He is wrong to react the way he did but I think there is more to this to simply dismiss his version out of hand is dangerous when only he would see her reaction filming him .
It’s not that difficult to grasp.
The only person grasping here is you.
At straws to excuse some really stty behaviour.

What a plonker.
However people who whip out a phone and escalate situations like this should get a stern telling off from the judge as well. Once a phone is stuck in someones face any chance of normal human interaction or opportunity to calm the situation has gone.
Yeah definitely a bad thing to film evidence of yourself being abused and threatened. However people who whip out a phone and escalate situations like this should get a stern telling off from the judge as well. What is it with all the victim blaming st on here

Misogynist little wker. Hopefully he learns a lesson - but you don't get on like that without the problem being buried deep within you.
Reading the article there does at least seem to be a touch of remorse rather than the whole "It's not against the law to be angry" crap.S600BSB said:
Should have been locked up.
I don't know what sentencing guidelines are for this kind of offence?I wouldn't have had an issue if he got a custodial but I think I can see why he wasn't given he's been hit with several different sanctions.
The main thing is hopefully he won't be doing that again.
