No wonder the rate of convictions for 'rape' is so low.

No consent = Rape.

Stupid bd should not have gone anywhere near her if she was that pissed.
Two people get legless together and end up sleeping together. Woman cries rape afterwards, does that make it so?

Many men have slept with women with beer goggles on, that doesn't mean they can claim rape in the morning. It's getting to the stage that a man should have a consent form ready to be signed before any casual encounter!

It will do down in the statistics as yet another reported 'rape' without a conviction.

Obviously the law should be changed further to increase the numbers of such vile 'rapists' convicted rolleyes

45 minutes for a group of 12 people, with no (or little) legal training to throw this crock of crap and waste of taxpayers cash out.

I hope someone in the CPS get's a new one ripped for this nonsense.
They are just doing their masters' bidding. It is constantly emphasised that only 6% of reported rapes end in a conviction. By Labour reasoning then in the other 94% of cases the 'rapist' escaped scot free. The fact that many women seem to be withdrawing consent retrospectively seems to escape them.
