Average weekly wage 1929

Searched and unable to establish the average weekly workers wage during the period 1928-1929. Can PH help? Say a person in the house building sector.
I need the info' to use as a benchmark of values during this period that associates with my hobby and interests.

Average daily wage in Southern England in 1929 for:

1. Building Craftsman 180 old pence (75 new pence)
2. Building Labourer 138 old pence (57.5 new pence)

Possible that back in 1929 a working week would have been 6 days not 5 like today.
