Why does it have a black toilet ?
Hide the skid marks?
One of my friends parents had a black toilet in the 80's, I can confirm that, like a black car showing every bit of dirt, the toilet did not hide skid marks. biggrin

Not a fan of a lot of the decor, but the view out to the garden is mega.

When we next move that’s something that will be very high up my list.

I noticed one with a matching sink and bidet the other day...

Could go well with some corten tiles to look like somewhere you'd store a kidnap victim

One slip in the shower and the corner of the washbasin stand is going to do you some serious damage.

Yes! Lovely house with a decent amount of privacy and land, yet equally within walking distance to stuff.

Exactly my thing.

Or you could end up figuring out how a flux capacitor works

The floor plan is a pain in the arse to view in detail on a phone. Why all 3 floors are crammed into one floor plan, and there's not a separate tab for each floor is probably some illogical reasoning. Is it cheaper that way ? No.

I think if there's any land you want a drone picture.

Is the location pin in the right place on the map?

That sort of attention to detai matters.

There's no excuse for typos or mistakes.

Every mistake the estate agent made, I phoned and explained that we are paying alot of money for their work, and we aren't paying for them to get fundamentals wrong. And followed it up with an email.

Different price bracket.

I did my own advert for a rental via open rent which went on Rightmove, and maybe because I took my time, even with photos taken with a phone, and a floor plan done on PowerPoint, it was a better advert than any letting agent.
Although to be fair, demand for rents was that high, one line and one picture would have had the same impact.

Can I say, that the house is very sterile. All white. Just what appeals to everyone. They know they can paint the odd wall in an afternoon, if they want. You don't want too many photos. You want them.to be intrigued wnough to want to view.

Pretty much perfect, apart from the £2.5m needed to buy it. hehe

A touch close to the neighbor though isn't it?

Not for me. It's actually one of the appealing elements of it. I like having neighbours.

The house is nice but the footpath down your drive might be a bit annoying and having lived further away from a railway line and found it invasive, having 2 railway tracks close might be a bit of a pain.

Looks like a lot of caravaners to fight with to get the bar at the King's Arms, at least the village of Wing will break up the smell of the water treatment centre before gets to you, and that public tracks going through your plot (one right by the side/back of the house) other than than very pleasant indeed.

The interior is very nice, it just doesn’t look like 2.5mil from the kerb…
