Its a PH house if you look through the photos
I love that for the garage and display area.
The ground floor is superb. The rest I am not sure about.

The more I think about it, while the garage looks cool - won’t exhaust fumes go up the stairwell and into the lounge? Having that area open to the rest of the house doesn’t feel like a good idea…

Quite - would fire regulations not need some sort of door between the workshop/garage and the rest of the house?

A very good point! When I bought my current place it was commented on in the survey that the door to the garage was not a fire door, which was corrected with the works that we did and was very much part of the build regs checks that were done on sign off.

On the plan there is a door between the main garage and the stairwell, but there doesn’t seem to be anything in the main parking / display area.

But not from the road at runs across the front of the house and garden, if you baulk at seeing your neighbours I'm sure you'd be horrified that the hoi polloi could be seen breaking wind at the bottom of the garden.

Half the time they would be swimming past, I'm guessing. Big Spring Tides would be exciting biggrin

House itself is a bit of a mess however - no cohesive architecture, just a jumble of roof extensions.

Looks like two separate houses linked by an extension.

No land or else it would go for ten times that guide price.

I bet it goes for a lot more than that anyway. Auction guide prices are always low to attract people who think they can get a bargain.

That has to be some kind of bet / dare from the office.

Good to see an agent do something a bit more interesting though...helps justify the fee and make it a bit quirky.
