This will do me. Nothing fancy but just a superb location and epic views.
yes That's pawn for me.

Too out the way, but pawn nonetheless.

Those views are spectacular. Can just imagine sitting out on that deck, I bet it's even nice in the winter.
Not far from us. Lovely stretch of coastline, and smashing views from the property. Nice quality conversion too. PROW runs to the rear but shouldn’t be a problem as there looks to be a decent tree belt to provide screening.

I'd say so, yes, given the combination of the property itself and the location.

All day long. Stunning location and no neighbours apart form seals and deer?

And that's why it's so perfect. Perfectly manageable for a couple. Agree it's no good if you have a large family.

Or a vacuum cleaner, or a coat, or spare bedclothes...

Well it wouldn’t be your full-time house would it.

Yup, that would do it for me!
Bit of an odd lay-out but I would be willing to adapt, I suppose.

I wish Tonker were still with us as he'd give a decent summary.

On my cursory glance i'd say it's had nothing spent on it since it was built in 2001 and would need a hefty chunk to bring it up to date though I'm not doubting the structure just the cosmetics.

But very very slowly, as it's a very rocky bit of coastline there.

It's rocky, but quite soft/shale formations and is receding at a decent rate. It's a good spot for fossil-botherers as a result

I think I've posted his one before, but I think it's lovely in terms of the grounds and architecture it has some lovely features inside as well and aspects over the gardens, 16 acres much of that woodland, 10,000sqft all in across house/garages/annex plus pool and tennis court of course.
