Some of mine,

A couple of surreal prints:

I have a dozen or so prints by Stuart Walton:

and one original:

An old michelin map:

I have quite a few maps framed up, here's a relief map of the Lake District. Or the lumpy pic as my niece calls it.

And I've a few framed pages of original comic art from 2000AD:

With apologies for crappy ipad pics.

I'm pretty ignorant about all this I must say, so humour me please. Who is responsible for these? Rather like them!

This is the only thing we have of any significance..... a Kerry Darlington.

Will definitely have some more in the future as we love her work.

(Its not very easy to see, but all of the items in the picture are in 3d relief and then covered with a thin resin. This is 1/100 and each one is unique as she puts the items in different places on each one).
That is very spooky. We were just in town & stopped for a gander in a local gallery & there were two Kerry Darlingtons in the window. We were struck with how vibrant they were. Also struck by the price but that's another story.

I get the relief thing. It adds a lovely quality to them, kind of childlike but evidently an accomplished artist.

We've moved since this thread started smile Now in our lounge we have an American church sign. I got the letters and tracking from Alabama via ebay and made up the board myself. We change it every couple of weeks.

Chris Garver of Miami Ink.

You can buy the same prints here if they are still available http://store.chrisgarvertattoo.com/

I bought them and took them to a framing shop and had them put in a nice dark-wood frame with light colored backing board. Probably cost me about 500 quid all in for everything.

Only decided to put some pictures up because of the John Squire stuff earlier. I'm a fan of his work, more so outside the Stone Roses stuff but as I loved the music as well I commissioned this hommage to the albums, in arcrylic. Excuse the mess... and the crappy ipad pictures.

I've got a few piecies by more famous artists but I'd prefer to put some picture up of the more pieces that I think are under rated.
Conrad Leach - Lucky 13. I've a couple of the LE prints. Love them.
Sunny Buick is a particular favorite. She's a French Canadian Tatoo artist exploring art. I've 10 or so pieces but these give a good example. Google 'Mother', 'Father' as I have those as well.

I Spend a lot of time overseas and always buy something to remind me of where I was. This is by Tofig Kasanfar, from Baku.
It's known in our house as "Doris and Boris" and it's the piece my wife hates the most......

Michael D'Aguilar studied under Monet's understudy and has a direct link to the impressionist era. I have nine of these and is the one artist I continue to look for.

I always say that if you want to buy some art, buy something you like as you have to live with it every day. whether it's £20 quid or £20 grand which is why you're seeing the wonderful eclectic collection you are in this thread.

My favourites (apart from the kids' daubs):

The first two are by Mick Dean.

The tree painting is heavily textured acrylic paint and looks much better than a photo can show.

Thanks for the thread bump, I got this back from the framers today. I picked it up from a house clearance place a few weeks ago but it was in a nasty frame.

It's a limited edition print from 1984 of the Lloyds building in london. It's been signed by the architect and two other people, if you know who they are I would appreciate if you could let me know.

It's quite hard to get a photo but I've had a go.
