Sunfold - Too expensive, but potentially good
Recognising they are expensive, it's an excellent product and fantastic service. Blew away the competitors when we looked round although I-D systems were close.Oh yes, it's a 4m run, 3+1 opening, bottom rolling, flat threshold etc, etc.

We have some very nice solid wood doors made by Norton Joinery http://www.nortonjoinery.co.uk but sadly they are based in Malton N. Yorkshire. Very vey nice.
We have about a 5 meter run with 5 doors. They are fantastic and we love them to bit.

Hi Richard, I'd be interested to hear what you have to say about Sunfold and what you learnt about the world of bi-fold doors. We are looking at installing some at the place we will be moving into in a couple of months.WE would be happy to quote www.solarfolddoors.co.uk ( mention pistonheads ).

We have some Sunfold doors ... have been fine until one of the panes of glass broke at the weekend. We still don't know how it has occurred ... Sunfold think something has hit the window by the way its broken ... but its on the inside. Anyhow, they want £700 for 1/2 a hours work to replace the glass!!!
I need to find a Yorkshire based company who is capable of fitting a new pane ... any ideas??

Is that £700 labour, or £700 including the glass? If that latter, depending on the size of the pane that's not the end of the world...I need to find a Yorkshire based company who is capable of fitting a new pane ... any ideas??
