Aside from the tiny bedrooms, master 8ft6 wide, others 8ft 6 x 8ft 2, the surprise 4th bedroom not listed but assume it's the study downstairs and the limited upstairs headroom.

Those furnishings makes it look very roomy, no not roomy, the opposite of roomy. I had to look at the floorplan to find how you get in and noticed 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.
