Our sellers took the internal door handles, latch style ones which when we went to refit replacements looked like they had all been bastardised to fit each individual door so what use they would have been elsewhere........

.......they also took the contents of the compost heap!

Bonus if it was anything like the two compost bins we removed (poorly sited and full of ants). We did find a teaspoon and pair of scissors in there, so not all bad.

Bizarre. Was it a fancy doorbell with a connection to a smartphone or something?
No, just a remote doorbell, even stranger was they left the sounder part of it rendering what both he had and what we were left with useless.

There was other random things taken and at the same time random things left. Some but not all lightbulbs, the key for the letter box, refusal to give me the alarm code for security reasons!? confused. All very strange.

An interesting conversation was had when he came to collect a parcel that had went to his old address in error. hehe
rofl What the f... They can only be about £20. FWIW my previous house had one... I just left it in situ, obviously. I even left a toilet roll in case they needed to use the toilet upon arrival.

Best part of £3m for something that looks like a call centre from outside and, well, then there's the inside...

I'm not even certain which way up that goes.

When compared to some of the dross down south for the money it's a bargain smile

It's awful. Hideous on the outside like a turn of the century business park office. And the inside is just gopping like a strip club meets a Florida boiler room scam hub. It's revolting in every single aspect.

And why is there a seat in the porn cabin that faces the viewers?

I do too! It'd be quite a sad place unless you had a lot of friends though.

That was also posted on the Real Estate pron thread, I think someone even ID'd the owner, or there was some debate about footballer or northern Carpet king.

It was an advertising guy, who then published his divorce settlement details online to quell various rumours. A few of my customers were working on that when it was being built, it seems the interior decor was mainly the choice of the wife.

It's been on the market for at least a year and a half.

Maybe the January transfer window will bring in a buyer but I doubt it.

Can't see it selling at £2 million let alone the current price.

Yeah, it's the wrong side of the Ribble to get any footballer interest - most of them are either in Southport or South Manchester. The market for that price of house in that area is extremely limited.

It's appalling - as if the 1980's were not only back, but with extra eyeshadow, Lycra and cocaine. You can just imagine slinking around in it at a party, wearing your shoulder-padded suit, looking for someone else's wife to bang.

Wait a minute, that makes it sound awesome. Which it is not.

Few wives would spec a motorbike. It's all a bit "clinical".

I'm guessing an interior designer with a brief from a man.
