That's pretty cool. Is it a converted factory?
Yep, get the key tomorrow and my first purchase for my flat was this to measure up with.

Bought this place last year, got a load of work to do inside but waiting to sort funds for an extension and then blitz the downstairs.

Kitchen is surprisingly small for the size of the house, so we plan to extend out the back and turn an old store room into a proper utility.
You can see from this pic the kitchen is the wide rectangular one in the middle, we plan to extend right out from the staircase (which will be removed), to the patio doors on the left, this will incorporate a large kitchen, snug, utility and pantry. I need to get some drawings done soon so I can start to properly price it up, I have planned about £60k but I am not sure that's enough.

Never mind the house, I just love the trees.

You can easily build / modify a house but you just can't buy lovely mature trees.

I grew up there, oddly enough it looks a bit like my parents house which is why I asked.

As said before, not many people will post their two bed terrace on here for fear of being looked down on.This site is somewhat elitist as well mind.
I disagree, the majority of PHers I see posting and that I've met are 'normal' in terms of life, salary etc.

My house anyhow, not that huge and been there 5 years yesterday, suits my needs though and plenty big enough for my wife and I. Excuse the mess but we're in the middle of clearing the front garden!
I'd love some of the ones posted on here mind!

^^ That is a typical PH house. Garage 5 times bigger than the living accommodation!

Not quite sure how you come to that conclusion, its a standard double garage. Might be the camera angle I guess. House is a basic 4 bed detached, reasonable size and a fairly common layout for a mid sized family home smile
