Cost to reroof

What's everyone's estimate to reroof a detached 2 bed bungalow, approx 150sqmtr. We have costed up the materials and all in with plastics we are around 2.5k. Wondered what to budget for to cover labour.

We are south manchester should any local roofers be reading this.

Slate or tile ? Assuming tile, I would pay my lads £15 m2 for the tiling, and £5 LM for gutters and another 10 for soffits/fascia.

Put skips on, and 25% if you use a company.
