conservatory advice and views please

been looking at a second conservatory not big around 2x3 mt Victorian, any one had dealings with these steel frame base units instead of usual footings, any issue getting the council to agree building regs etc. I have a good diy back ground so base not a prob to do but never done the uvpc side ? any recommendations for the west sussex area re companies etc etc thanks all

No knowledge of that type, but aren't conservatories exempt from planning / regs? ( as long as can be separated by exterior quality door etc). I had mine built under permitted development & paid around 100 for the paperwork from council, to cover it if I move etc..
