Scantronic - how to check logs

My mothers Scantronic alarm keeps going off. Its had a new battery and a new PIR as the alarm company thought the one in the lounge had an issue. They then replaced the main board in the airing cupboard but still goes off. Now they dont want to come back and seem to have washed their hands. How can I check logs and find out which sensor set the alarm off? Ive got the master and engineer codes.
