Megaman and LightwaveRF

Installed 2 x LWRF single gang dimmers and the link unit so I can control the lounge and playroom lights through the Amazon Echo. Having recently installed the new downlights, I used Megaman bulbs thinking that as Megaman make the LWRF dimmers, I incorrectly assumed they would be compatible.

Both circuits (4 and 8 LEDs) buzz

I now see LWRF keep a compatibility chart.. my lamps (142200) and dimmer (400 series) combo is still TBC.

Annoyed with myself for assuming and Megaman for doing a crap job.

I had awful experiences with LRF and LEDs in my last house. They just don't work properly together, no matter what the bumpf says.

Everything worked for a while, then spotlights started dropping out. I thought that the lamps were defective - but going back to normal switches solved all problems. This tech has a way to go.

I was using (excellent) EcoLED lights.
