2 way switches downstairs upstairs

replaced light switches in hall and landing wired it up wrongly so now it obviously doesnt work as it should

it consists of 2 switches down stairs and 1 up middle should turn on off the bottom right turn on off the top upstairs should turn off just the upstairs i think or should it i have no idea!

now i get all sorts so you just end up pressing switches till lights come on !

ive tried tracing the wiring from behind the switches BUT i get confused !

any simple way for me to figure it out or do i just get someone in

lol im up for that.

id have maybe not cocked it up so badly but changing the switches in the dark wasnt the best idea, i kind of didnt think turning the power off would mean no lights it wasnt till it wasnt working properly i went and got a lamp
