Trade Paint

A quick question for the painters and decorators out there. What are the benefits of trade paint over normal paint? E.G What is the difference between the Dulux I buy at Homebase over the Dulux Trade I can buy at my local Brewers?

Thanks for this. I managed to find some more info on another forum and the general consensus seems to be it's not worth it for DIYers like myself. Has anyone else got any experience or opinions?
