Just picked up Archie today. Bundles of energy one minute. Crashed out the next.

Doesn't seem keen on the dry food we've got for him, and the breeder has had him on meat, but I'm sure he'll come round to it.

He's currently baked out on my OH's feet.

Any reason you don't want him on raw?

Bless him.
Is he still fairly active as he is a great age for the breed?

Not really. We said we'd try him on the dry. If he doesn't take to it we'll switch back.

Very cute! (perhaps you should stick with what the breeder was feeding him and gradually introduce the new dry food just in case he gets an upset tummy).

I know dry is cheaper and a lot easier but if you can raw is fantastic. Our dogs are flourishing on it, much calmer, coats glossier and less smelly!

He wasn't seeming interested in dry on its own, so we've just given him a 1/4 pouch of chicken natures essential mixed with a bit of the dry mixed in and he's wolfed it down and taken himself to bed.

We've just got back from the vet and he's got a clean bill of health so we're very happy with him so far. Just need to get him housebroken now. There's been a couple of accidents this morning!
