I had three weeks off in the beginning with Freya which helped a lot with the training.

Although, I think she's biting too much and too hard. My problem is that I don't have a yardstick to measure against. Shes just over 4 months old now - most of the time she want to bite (the hand that feeds)...

Is this normal and is there any tricks I should be doing. Currently I isolate her in her cage if she gets too much...this calms her down but give it ten minutes and shes all teeth again...
Divert the bite onto a toy - my older dog mouths me (gently) when playing so I have a tyre on a rope toy to hand.
If she won't latch onto the toy, stop the game for a while.

You need to get health and safety in - that laptop viewing angle won't be good for the neck. :-)

Thanks for the tip!

I've tried both of those but, ironically given my job, I've probably not been consistent enough... I'll persevere. smile
