So I would think Texas, but not sure of the name of any cenotes there.

Texas is correct. It's a swimming hole I don't think it qualifies at a cenote.

It's Hamilton Pool, if you're ever in Austin it's worth a trip out there, it's not far from Salt Lick which has to be among the best Texas BBQ restaurants.

Plus sculpted blocks inserted in the LH building amongst the flints from something that looks perhaps Roman, so Let's plump for Winchester.

ETA
Subconscious doing its thing and is telling me it's Salisbury and I think it might be a Regimental Museum or similar
