Yes it is, the picture of the harbour entrance was taken from the top of this building just after we finished installing the curved glass balustrades.

Cool, I grew up in Peacehaven and we used to cycle down and fish for mackerel off the harbour arm before they closed it off when we were kids.

I doubt this will last long
