Thanks GCH.
It did end up in court as it was sort of a wrong full arrest for non-payment of a previous court fine that had been paid.
It’s a small place whereI we live and was stopped by a couple of local bobby’s who knew me them , while waiting for a taxi to take me them and a mate to a club.
Understandably they wasn’t takingmy his story as truth and it defiantly didn’t help when, in my a ‘happy’ mood, thought I he could do my his best British bulldog run straight through the middle of them, only to end up in a three way bundle on the floor with my mate nearly pi55ing himself laughing, and them calling for back-up.

From what I remember, it was possession of about 1g and a small fine.
It was so long ago that I had forgotten about it until a sniffer dog tried shagging my leg when I was entering a festival about 3 years ago.
Nothing was found on me, but the conviction came over the radio while being searched and questioned.

Cheers. Just submitted me and the OH, but apparently they couldn't make an immediate decision, or something to that effect. Probably because I was born in Germany, but am a British Citizen.
So... We've had nothing back, despite them saying we'd hear back within 72 hours. Is that normal?Gassing Station | Holidays & Travel | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
