Er yes, but there are several Universities in the State, and someone seemed to have insider knowledge, so was hoping for some specificity

I think the 'O' will be the state, Oregon I would think but not sure about the building but a University seems favourite?

Yes, I think that contrary to the comment posted it's better if someone who knows it gets it, I'm just on guesswork and intuition, but at least we are down to a University in Ohio, Oklahoma or Oregon....
