Yes, I had second thoughts after posting about Courcheval. It doesn't look like Alpe D'Huez so the only other Altiports I know of are Meribel or Megeve, I've been to all of the resorts but a long time ago so can't remember what they all look like.

It seems that I've picked somewhere so obscure that nobody's going to get it.

It's a resort called Peyregaude and has it's own airfield that's named Peyresourde after the nearest village. I don't think many Brits go there. It's near Bagneres-de-Luchon.
