Were thinking of a 2 centre to vegas and orlando. We've been to both a few times so its just the best flight options i need to know about. Anyone got any tips?

Ideally it would be....

london > vegas
Vegas > orlando
Orlando > london

We not fussed about which airline, which airport, or even if its direct flights (within reason!) the main thing is so keep the costs sensible as it would need to be in school holidays.

I do Orlando about 3 times a year and Vegas usually once a year but tend to link it with Scottsdale or Palm Springs. Both Orlando and Vegas tend to be a bit busy and don't find either of them relaxing from different points of view. So would take the view that it wouldn,t really matter what way round you do them but would look at flight times on the internal flights to see when you have to check out against flight times and check in times to save having a large amount of hours either waiting to check in or waiting to go to the airport etc.

You can do it either way round. Having said that I'd prefer Orlando then Las Vegas given the time difference (extra 3hrs behind BST is Vegas from Orlando i think). It's generally easier on the body to acclimatise going west bound.

Southwest are worth a shot for the connection, they fly direct between MCO & LAS. Flight time is surprising long, but then the USofA is a big place I suppose, 4 1/2 hrs or thereabouts. Look at JetBlue also, although may be a connection with them.

For flights to or from MCO & LAS, if you want to use just one carrier then use any of the US majors via a hub otherwise BA, Virgin & TCook fly direct from the UK to both destinations.

edit. see you're going from London. BA or Virgin are your direct choices then

We did something similar with New York and Orlando.

It worked out massively cheaper to book Multi-City route (we used ebookers - many of the booking agents systems just did not work).

From memory we paid about £100 more to have the three flights than if it had been bog standard Orlando return.

You probably can't be too fussy about the airlines as it's going to rely on their networks.

We were AA to NY. Then AA to Orlando and BA back with no complaints about any of them.
