Mobility assistance Bristol airport

So had to book my Mum at very short notice to Geneva to visit her Sister who is very poorly (to put it mildly). Mum is mobile and fine walking short distances but struggles with anything over a five minute walk due to arthritis. Easy jet option ticked for assistance through the airport, but how does this manifest itself as she is already checked in? I assume go to the desk regardless and make yourself known and await a golf buggy? Any info appreciated.

Thanks Dave, not knowing Bristol I wasn't sure how far it was, Geneva however is a different kettle of fish as despite being compact I know it's a fair old slog to the other end of the airport for the easy jet gates
