Berlin, Prague or...?

I have a shed load of Avios and instead of going on our ususal 12 day driving holiday this summer MrsO and I have decided to do a 4 night away in a European city.
As we will be going late July we don't want anywhere too hot (Spain, Italy etc) plus we will have had a week away in Turkey earlier in the month (to celebrate the end of the nipper's GCSE's).
Favourite is Berlin as neither of us have been and we will both enjoy the history...but we are open to suggestions
I am looking to Avios to sort the hotel at Heathrow; business class flights; transfers if possible; and a 5* hotel.
So the questions are
- Berlin or anywhere better? Nothing long haul on this trip ta
- Hotel suggestions in Berlin? MUST be central. The list that Avios have all look great...
- Places to visit? I will be doing my research before we go but any guidance appreciated
- Eating/drinking venues?
We will have to rely on trams/taxis etc as MrsO has some mobility issues.
Any recommendations based on your personal experiences will be much appreciated.

Used Avios:
Night in the Sofitel at Heathrow; Business Class flights; 4 nights Grand Hyatt in Berlin (5*); transfers at Berlin airport. Grand total 200k Avios and £87 for taxes...oh and £60 parking at Heathrow.
RESULT!
So anymore suggestions for places to go/things to see.
I guess we will take a citytour and I think there are boat trips. The Reichstag; Brandenburg Gate; Checkpoint Charlie are all on the list.
Any more suggestions greatly appreciated

the holocaust memorial, is unusual but i think well worth a visit.
down by the o2 arena, you'll find the "wall." think its known as the east side gallery, its over a kilometre long, and its like sections of the wall turned into art, well worth a look.
if memory serves me right, as you walk along it, you may well come across a bar by the river, thats done out like a beach, quite cool as it will be summer, may be worth popping in for a shandy
some of the lads i tour with did a boat trip, and said it was very good.
also check out, kaiser-wilhelm memorial church.
it got bombed during the war, and has been left as a lasting reminder, well worth a visit, as is the new bell tower next door. this is also near the europa centre, and main shopping area if your into that sort of thing?
i also think the olympic stadium/park is worth a mention. all being well i'll be there beginning of september

Inonthis: Than ks for the suggestion but the trouble with walking tours is that MrsO can't last the distance due to her MS so we tend to dip out on those. I tend to plan short visits to places and ensure that there are places to stop and sit/have a coffee etc so that she doesnt get too knackered. We are only able to do mornings as well as by the pm she's finished!
Keep 'em coming...
Has anyone been to Sachsenhausen? If so I could do with details of an organised cpoach trip if possible rather than public transport.

- Russion War Memorial
- Trabant Safari (oh yes
)- Boat Trip (many to choose from)
- TV Tower
- Brandenburg Gate
- Checkpoint Charlie/Wall Museum
- Berlin Cathedral
- DDR Museum
- Reichstag Building (dome)
- Holocaust Museum
- Potsdamer Platz (our hotel is here anyway)
Out of town trips:-
- Sachsenhausen or Ravensbruck
- Potsdam
We won't get to all of these places as we dont want a 'route march' but they present options for us depending on how we feel/health/weather etc
