Luxury hotel in Devon?

looking for a quick 2 night break this week around the devon/dartmoor area, anyone on here recommed anywhere that could fit the biil?

thanks for all of the suggestions, but after being put right off by some very high end prices for an old house in the country, I went up to Cheltenham and stayed at the Beaumont house hotel, 5 star luxury and attention to detail and level of service is top notch, and very reasonable prices too.
