After all the rain we've had today in Horsham I'm surprised it's settled at all, probably about an inch when I left for work at 1830

Some snow which is lying on cars but not the road here in Brighton.

Noticed a couple of flickers in the lights too!

Anyone know what the overnight temps are looking like? Without any salt it's gonna be an ice rink tomorrow if it freezes!

Unfortunately the lights are flickering now which I'm hoping isn't just my house being st but if the power does go out I will not be pleased as I've only just put dinner on.
Flickering here near Loose too, as I'm preparing dinner also.
Oven is going on with crossed fingers!

Lots of flickering lights about as I've had that too.

Has the south east run out of electric ?

Looks like all precipitation has stopped in this corner of Herts

We've had flickering lights up here too.
Yep - completely stopped in North Herts frown

Even the dog has been out in the garden for a wee - he's a complete wuss who won't go out if it's raining/sleeting/snowing.

Disappointed !

It should be ok now, I've just turned the electric under floor heating off. By gosh does that use some juice!

Met Office reckons heavy snow now. Sky is clear but the temperature and air feels right

Absolutely no point. I was in Surrey today and it would have all washed down the drain within 10mins.

I think my love affair with snow may be over. It has taken me 3 hours to do a journey that normally takes 45-1 hour. All motorway or A roads and it hasn't even settled. People are idiots.

fk all in south wales few cars with a slight covering of snow from further up the valley but nothing of any note. The news stations really need to get a grip with calling it bad weather and telling people not to drive.

Bluebell looked terrible when I came past it. I wouldn't mind if the roads had been remotely treacherous but they were just wet.
