It's quite simple:

If you have a S-Line, AMG Line or M-Sport car on phat 19"+ wheels on summer tyres then do everyone a favour and leave them at home and get the bus. biggrin

No amount of traction control will help with your 50/50 weight distribution and your widget selling/go getting driving style...

Which is fair enough if the roads are snowy.

Tonight, they were just wet and everyone was still driving like a bloody mong. With their fog lights on

bds. The lot of them furious

Yep - it was bizarre and ridiculous in equal measure...
Fog lights everywhere - check
Drive ridiculously slow - check

The problem is - normal people get frustrated and take risks to get past them, and they end up crashing.

Puggit's going to be gutted that he missed all the fun...

I'm sure about 8ft fell in Aldermaston, AWE have built an ice driving track around the North car park and the A340 hill has been turned into a sledging slope akin to the Red Bull Soap Box races.

Shame he's stuck on an aircraft, really...

Pretty heavy, but brief flurry in Lancashire (proper lancs, not the crap bit near Wigan).

Did me chance to confirm that a BMW will go sideways on a quiet roundabout without much provocation, and that dogs who haven't seen snow before love it.

Just managed to make it home. The snow has already built up to 1/8" here in Stockport. yikes

I'm glad I left the pub early. wink

I have decided not to drive from Stockport to Aldeburgh this weekend for the fish'n'chips. I feel I am too old to go topless in this weather.

Am I just a big girl's blouse, or a sensible responsible TVR owner? nuts

Decent amount fallen in Macclesfield in last hour or so. Quite surprised, there was nothing when I looked outside at 10pm!

Had a mega flurry in Wilmslow about half and hour ago, massive flakes, then it stopped.
