Yes, I think Rosberg was at fault and is generally being an arse but when Hamilton was doing much the same to Button, Button had a whinge and got on with it. He found ways of dealing with it and didn't drag it out for days.
On the other hand, someone of Senna's mindset would recognise when he had lost the championship and then keep running Rosberg off the track for fun and allow someone else entirely to be world champion. And say, "F
