Despite the snow radar saying otherwise, there is nothing but rain here in rural Norfolkshire.
We've got sleet in Nor Norfolk
Seems to be a bit hit and miss. Nothing overnight and a small flurry this morning. This is in the Beccles area, Norfolk/Suffolk border. The biggest issue seems to be flooding. Never seen so many flood warnings for our part of the world.

The weather for 30 years ago yesterday was quite a contrast, the MAX temperature over nearly the whole of England was between -4 and -8C.

I remember it well, cycling to work as I set off it was -18C and my face and hands nearly fell off.

Lovely drive in this morning. Roads were very quiet - can we have more of the BBC telling people not to drive unless they're important please?

Snowing in central Cambridge right now, decent sized flakes but not sure they'll stick frown

You chose well. We delivered bod to LHR at 19:00 last night, fighting our way through mighty blizzards, only to queue for 90 minutes to get over Reigate Hill on the return M25 journey. A24 closed at Leatherhead, A217 closed. Not many alternative routes, just queue and queue and queue.

We do this so well in the UK. Should be a visitor attraction.

I know it's not high on people's lists of places to visit, but I wouldn't recommend trying to get into Bradford this morning.
It's absolute gridlock heading in to the city. There was a dusting of snow last night and it's frozen solid.

Utterly pathetic dandruff coming down here near the A14.

Well it has been a disappointment , is it time for the summer thread yet! no more potential snow in the near future is there! I am blaming Puggit for this one!

Been snowing for 30 mins or so in North Herts - getting heavier as well.

Starting to settle but will need persistent heavy snow for anything special

Agreed. Puggit knew that it was going to be disappointing. So, he fled abroad. The charlatan!

Snowing quite heavily in Milton Keynes after practically nothing overnight.

However it doesn't seem able to settle, as it's going sideways...

Stopped now in Leicester. Blue skies. Only evidence there was snow in the LE19 postcode is the grill on the NISMO Quashqai in snowed up.
