Problem is that you need quite a large police force just to get Bradford knocked back into a lawful part of the UK.

With absolute support from the top brass, council and media...He was experienced in personal injury claims (whiplash, cash for crash etc) and point blank told us that "I don't know why but for some reason there's an endemic of these claims being made by people in Birkenhead."
Seemed to ring to ring true to the guy sat next to me who was from The Wirral side burst out laughing and told me how true and unsurprising that was.

I once attended a training session being delivered by a noise induced hearing loss expert who was lecturing us about insurance claims.

My old team had 24/7 surveillance work covering Bradford, Bolton, Darwen, Leeds a few years ago, The amount of accident scams from one main driver was an eye opener, The blatant public meetings to discuss next accident in coffee shops was a laughHe was experienced in personal injury claims (whiplash, cash for crash etc) and point blank told us that "I don't know why but for some reason there's an endemic of these claims being made by people in Birkenhead."

Got friends in Bradford.
Went to see them a couple of months ago, and one of them told me that having a prang is something they actively do and are well versed in what would be deemed 3rd parties fault.
I.e. if you are pulling out of a junction, there will be no attempt to avoid even if there is plenty of time and space, they will simply drive straight into you. Slamming on etc.
And they are always looking for these type situations, along with keeping a look out for targets.
Old drivers? Target for slamming on etc.
K***bs.

I know a chap who moved down from Bradford with his family.
He's rough as old boots, would fit the fairly 'stereotypical' council description on PH - various kids, council estate, bit of a chav etc.
Said he's lived on some pretty rough estates growing up, his opinion is Bradford is the biggest st hole in this entire country & he wouldn't go back if he was paid to. He hates it up there so much he won't even go back to visit his family!

Bradford has its fair share of dheads. However in my experience I don't think the dhead percentage is higher than any other scummy area, and that's based on 30-odd years of driving around various parts of Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Yorkshire.
Where do the best and worst drivers live?

Been to Bradford many times. Definitely one of the scummiest areas of the UK, difficult to think of anywhere notably worse.Where do the best and worst drivers live?

Looking at the This is Money comparison it would be easy to come to a racist conclusion.Where do the best and worst drivers live?
I lived in Bradford for 15 years and was aware of a number of reported accidents that were deliberate and based on insurance compensation. A classic one was to pull out of a side road and then stop in front of a vehicle.
I take a long way round Bradford now rather than use the Bradford ring road.

To me, Bradford should be top of the list - the others are nearly as bad, but Bradford still wins.
Bradford is the 5th most desirable place to relocate to according to a recent study

Probably biased by LS29... which is actually Bradford for council tax et al.https://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/news/233157...
Bits of Bradford (area) are very nice. Saltaire, Baildon, then out to the LS29 postcodes - Menston to Addingham, etc
