I worked for a County Council, and the Chief Executive used to send out a weekly 'ponder' email to all staff. One Friday he sent such an email with a 1.5MB picture attached.

This broke the Network for about a week. After that the emails came from his secretary.

Also used to work for another firm, and a 'all office' email could on a warm and lazy afternoon become a thing of much joy, although management were not so pleased....

To be fair i work for a pretty big company and until recently (last month) the max file send size was 2.0mb. a 1.5mb attachment sent to all might just have broken the whole system.

Not an email, but I once broadcast the most disgusting filthy email to the Ops Manager (my gf, ten years my senior and quite posh). Except it went out to the entire company (a major car leasing firm).
