Girls stay the same age, but I keep getting older

Really? I'm the same age, well mid twenties anyway, and have tried dating girls younger, older and the same age as me.
The weird thing is that, as this is such an important phase in life, like a year or two can have dramatic impact on the formulation of personality; I tend to find the younger ones and I don't have a lot in common. I'm 26, and going our with a 20 or 21 year old left me feeling as if there was an undefinable gulf between us. Somehow I just felt as if I was further along in life than her. It's no reflection of her intelligence or whatever, it's just that one is a completely different person at 26/27 to when aged 21/22. In cosmic terms it's no time at all.
Despite this I've tended to find my tastes maturing as I age. Going out with an eighteen year old would just be weird, now, in my opinion. Conversely it seemed normal when I was eighteen. Plus I find the whole 'older man' thing repellent, in terms of the forty year olds chasing twenty-somethings. It's creepy! There are single people in every age group; just find one!

Yes and no.I agree with him that some girls these days look an absolute disgrace at 30. Overweight, saggy, wrinkly, badly maintained... Hell, I've seen quite a lot of girls in their early 20's that are shockers.
But pick a good one and it will last you
I picked a good one 8 years ago and she still has a body that would shame a lot of 18 year olds. I feel quite smug if I'm honest

I've heard that rule but I don't think anybody has told the women about it. For instance according to the rule a 32 year old woman will go out with a 50 year old guy. Take a look on the dating sites and find 32 year old women who have 50 year olds in the age range of the guy they are looking for. I doubt you'll find more than one or two.If you're 25 then 19 is still acceptable.
